Orders

Can I still order if I do not have a credit card / bank account?


Yes, definately! To provide convenience for all our customers, we accept Cash on Delivery.
However, this is only applicable if you choose self-collection, meetup or NinjaVan.




How can I cancel my orders?


Do email us at pawshionsg@gmail.com with the subject "Order Cancellation" for us to process it. However, order will not be able to be cancelled after it have been shipped out / delivered.

What payment method does PawShion accepts?


We accept the following payment method: 1) Visa / Mastercards 2) PayPal 3) Bank Transfer 4) Cash on Delivery





Shipping & Delivery

When can we expect our delivery?


We will try to expedite all our orders within 3-5 business days. We get our stocks with expiry dates when you place order to ensure you get the freshest pack with longer expiry!
Other Pet Items/ Women Fashion Items - within 5-10 business days (depending on stocks availability)~




Do you ship Internationally?


Sorry, we currently only ship locally in Singapore. But we are working to expand our mailing to internationally. Stay Tuned!




Which courier services do PawShion normally uses?


As we deliver orders based on weight, and saving cost for our customers is a priority - we use various types delivery method! For products weight 2kg and below, we use Singpost Normal Mail / NinjaVan. SingPost Normal Mail is most cost efficient for light weight items below 2kg, but it does not provide tracking service. Alternatively, you can opt for NinjaVan which we will provide tracking number to you when delivered! For all other products weight 2kg and above, as well as for items entitled for free delivery, We deliver by ourselves, or via NinjaVan.





Return & Exchange Policy

What if we receive damaged/defect goods?


At PawShion, your satisfaction is very important to us. We know pawrents are busy, so we've made our return policy easy and convenient. Conditions for refund / exchange: 1) The item is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date. 2) The item has a manufacturer’s defect. 3) The wrong item is delivered. Do provide receipt / invoice number when submitting return or exchange request, for us to process it as soon as possible. We provide return & exchange within 7 days of item delivered. We are sorry if you had to search for this :(




Can I exchange my products if I find it unsuitable for my pets?


You can always enquire the product before purchasing, feel free to give us a call. No exchange will be made due to misjudgement.
